She was predeceased by : her father Brian Keith Mitchell; and her grandfather Roger Porter. She is survived by : her mother Tammy Phillips (Porter); her stepfather Dave of Woodlawn, Illinois; her siblings, Amber Deadmond (Mike) of Walnut Hill, Tiffany Phillips (Jake) of Mount Vernon, Brook Mitchell of Woodlawn, Illinois and Jesse Phillips (Jayde McCoy) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandparents, David, Barbara Mitchell of Woodlawn, Illinois and Shirley Colclasure of Salem, Illinois; her nieces and nephews, Colten Perchez, Madison Perchez, Hayven Cavender, Rylee Austin, Skyler Austin, Owen Phillips, Kenlee McCoy and Kaysen McCoy; and her pet Meredith Renea. She is also survived by many cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested any flowers that are sent be Kentucky Blue. Memorials may be made to the Mitchell family in care of Tammy Phillips.
