Azarcon; her children, Joann Iresol Azarcon Cardoso (Jorge Luis Cardoso), John Jay Azarcon (Julie Anne Naling) and James Joseph Azarcon; her grandchildren, Jayson Julian Naling Azarcon, Jana Alyssa Naling Azarcon, Jaelyn Jordan Penaflor Azarcon, Jazelyn Jazel Penaflor Azarcon and Lorenzo John Azarcon Canino; her stepmother Rosario Dellosa Espiritu; and her sister Charito Espiritu Leopold (John Bernard Leopold).
