He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Slick and Marilee Slick; and his brother Samuel Slick. He is survived by: his brothers, Scott Slick (Amy) of Middelton, WI and Steve Slick (Linda) of Slinger, WI.; his siblings' child Morgan Rae Slick; his sons, Nick (Marin Rose Slick) and Enzo (Leo Thomas Slick); his cousin Katy; his aunt Linda; and his sister-in-law Cheryl. He is also survived by uncles, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home & Crematory - Downtown Naperville (516 S Washington St, Naperville, IL 60540).
Donations in Shawn's name may be made to a suicide prevention charity of choice.
