He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Buckley and Frances Buckley; his in-laws, John and Barbara Carey; and his brother-in-law David Carey.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Abby Luhrsen (Eric) and Jack Buckley; and his siblings, Nora Watson (Ernie Johnson), Sheila Veltus and Kevin Buckley (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a very special grandson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leucht, Merwin & Cooney Funeral Home (1211 N Seminary Ave, Woodstock, IL 60098). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (312 Lincoln Ave, Woodstock, IL 60098).
In lieu of flowers donations in Brian's name may be made to the Huntley Animal House Shelter or the American Lung Association.
