David Payne Obituary
The memory of David Payne (Woodstock, Illinois), who passed away on August 25, 2025 at the age of 85, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Payne and Lydia E. Payne (Steinke); and his brothers, Harold, Roger, Richard, Ronald and Cecil.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Ann Hunter; his daughters, Nicole Perry (James) of Mooresville, IN, Elizabeth Carlson (Jason) of Evanston, IL and Dawn Payne (Don Cotter) of Arena, WI; his grandchildren, Ben, Bridget, James, Paul, Emma, Gretchen, Charlie and Gabriel; and his great grandchild Matthew David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Alzheimer's Association in memory of David Otto Payne.
