It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Richard Wilkerson (Woodstock, Illinois), who passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilkerson and Verna Wilkerson (Broesch); his siblings, June Marie Wilkerson and Jim Wilkerson; and his grandson Karl Christian Moser.
He is survived by: his wife Diana; his stepchildren, Dawn Mass (Jean-Louis Lafon) and Lee Mass (Heather); his grandchildren, Matthew Moser (Sarah) and Rachel Moser Pham (Tony); and his great grandchild Lily Caroline Moser.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the McHenry County Memorial Park (11301 Lake Ave, Woodstock, IL 60098).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Leukemia Research Foundation (leukemiaf.org) or Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org).
