It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Keith Kottke of Woodstock, Illinois, born in Harvard, Illinois, who passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elgart Kottke and Elzora Kottke. He is survived by : his wife Trudy Rousey; his sons, Bradley (Rebecca) and Eric (Alexis); his grandchildren, Reagan, Michael and Christopher; and his siblings, Dale Kottke (Marianne) and Melody Gieseke (Dave). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Doug's name may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
