He was predeceased by: his parents, John Devine and Florence Devine; and his wives, Roberta Devine (Bobbie) and Charlene Bessey Devine. He is survived by: his sons, Robert Devine (Deanna) and Darryl Devine; his siblings, Jack Devine (Ellen) and Joyce (Jack); and his grandchildren, Brittany Misrahi (Michael), Samantha, Katie, Jack, Gage and Lyric Bessey.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Frank's honor to Journey Care Hospice.
