He is survived by: his wife Ella; his children, Todd Russel (Jessica), Carrie Russel, Haley Wisner (Mark) and Carly Macias (Tom); and his sister Judy French (Jerre). He is also survived by grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
