He is survived by: his wife Tina; his children, Jason, Sara (Kyle), David (Jessica), Eric, Ashley (Sam), Brandon (Amber) and Caitlyn (Josh); his grandchildren, Ashlee, Hunter, Arianna, Olive, Zoey, Tate, Jaxon, Wesley, Hailey, Charlotte, Brooklyn, Claire, Henry, Cheyenne and Blakelynn; and his great grandchildren, Oakley and Baker.
