He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Kathryn (Michael) and Sally (William); and his nieces and nephews, Maureen McNicholas (Mark), Elizabeth Stibbe (Tom), Patrick Barrett (Elise), Margaret Chapin (Blake), Barbara Cook (Jim), William Barrett and Susan Lee.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be given to St Mary Church and St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
