She is survived by: her close friend Thomas E Smith; her grandsons, Michael, Patrick and Philip; her husband Tom; her children, Kimberly Smith, Pamela Nykaza (Russ), Michael Smith, Patrick Smith (Jill) and Philip Smith (Kelly); her grandchildren, Brianna Sjoerdsma (Ben), Cassie Nykaza, Sean Nykaza, Ian Nykaza, Christopher Smith, Meghan Smith, Nick Smith, TJ Smith and Fiona Smith; her great grandchildren, Mason, Raelynn Sjoerdsma and Jo's; her children, Adam, Nurses' and Donna; June Murphy (Freund) and Jane Montrose (Freund).
