He was predeceased by : his parents, Orlo Koehler and Berniece Koehler (Sweet); his stepmother Blanche Thompson Koehler; and his brothers, Richard, Forbes, Ward and Don.
He is survived by : his wife Jane; and his daughters, Clare Fagan (Todd) and Beth Koehler-King (Patrick).
