He is survived by: his wife Catheryn Somraty; his children, Carie Greer (Michael) of Edwardsville, IL and Andrew J. Somraty II (Mara) of Worden, IL; his grandchildren, Andrew J. Somraty III (Jerri), Cassie Studebaker (Matthew), Courtney Harper (Aaron), Ricky Sharrard (Dani), Torie Magruder (Brendan) and Emily Franklin (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Maddux, Reagan Johnson, Dylan, Ryan Somraty, Quincy, Ainsley Sharrard, Jonah Studebaker, Harper Magruder and Diana Franklin; his sisters, Barbara McCann, Marlene Somraty and Norma Jean Arnold (Steve); and his sisters-in-law, Carol Bilderback (Bill) and Mary Torti (Paul). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Barry Wilson Funeral Home & Cremation Services Ltd. (2800 N Center St, Maryville, IL 62062). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
