She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Puncher and Mary Puncher; her daughter Karen Carter; her son-in-law James Roulston; her sisters, June Blakey and Mary Lou Hoenig; her granddaughter Denise Stewart; her great grandchild McKennah Carter; and her former husbands, Raymond L. Carter and William L. Dustmann.
She is survived by: her children, Mary C. Raulston of Edwardsville, IL, Raymond L. Carter (Sandy) of New Douglas, IL and Cristine L. Griffing of Worden, IL; her sisters, Betty Mates of Mission, TX and Wilma Hemken of Granite City, IL; her grandchildren, Terry Stewart, Catherine Patterson (William), Erin Velazquez, Raymond Carter (Kathryn) and Chelsea Griffing; her great grandchildren, Sean Stewart (Laura), Marc Stewart, Hayden Stewart, Matthew Stewart, Osiana Brooks, Amelie Velazquez, Nelson Velazquez, Nikolas Carter, Desiree Newenhan, Blake Kovarik, Ashleigh Halloway, Hadleigh McLain and Blair McLain; and her great great grandchildren, Marshawn Brooks, Artemis Velazquez, Isaac Halloway, Isaiah Halloway and McKennah Halloway.
