We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2025, at the age of 81, Cheryl K. Strowmatt of Worden, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Dooley and Clara Krechnyak (Johnny); her husband Gary R. Strowmatt; her grandson David Gears; her great grandchild Nolan Gears; and her brother Dennis Dooley.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle "Shelly" Burcham of Worden, IL, Minette "Mindy" Redman of Staunton, IL, Angela "Angie Girl" Hydron of Worden, IL, John "Jaybird" Schwarz (Lillie) of Senoia, GA and Nicole "Nikki Jo" Fields (Eric) of Glen Carbon, IL; her siblings, Charles Dittes (Millie) of Keller, TX, Dwight Dooley (Linda) of Sarasota, FL and Jolene "Jody" Robbs (Mark) of Worden, IL; and her nephews, Denny and Jeffrey Dooley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
