She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur G. Luer (Bill) and Dorothy Luer (Wiesemann); her husband Carl Eugene "Gene" Ashauer; and her brother-in-law William Ashauer (Bill). She is survived by: her children, Rita Srum (Ted Hediger) of St. Peters, MO, David Ashauer (Maria Giardina) of St. Louis, MO and Dale Ashauer of Highland, IL; her grandchildren, Kelly Consiglio (Daniel), Clark Srum (Kellie), Kayla Srum (Anthony Gowgiel) and Courtney Srum; her great grandchildren, Gianna Consiglio, Olivia and Madelyn Srum; her sister Kathleen Bloemker of Aubrey, TX; and her sister-in-law Shirley Ashauer of Hamel, IL.. She is also survived by niece and nephews.
