She was predeceased by : her parents, Ladislav Kundla and Helena Kundlova. She is survived by : her husband Branislav Zurik.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hann Funeral Home (8230 S Harlem Ave, Bridgeview, IL 60455). A Mass was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Slovak Mission (9855 S Kean Ave, Palos Hills, IL 60465).
