She was predeceased by: her parents, Rebecca Madsen and James Madsen. She is survived by: her sister Carla Irwin (Madsen); her brother-in-law Chris Irwin; her nephew Jacob Irwin; her sister Katie Reuter (Madsen); her brother-in-law Ryan Reuter; and her siblings' children, Logan Reuter and Aubrey Reuter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Arukah Institute of Healing, an organization whose mission reflects the care and treatment of addiction.
