He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Gillam and Shirley J. Gillam (Snyder). He is survived by: his siblings, Larry G. Gillam of Williamsfield, Dixie L. Gillam of Princeville, Dennis D. Gillam (Lani) of Lineville, IA, Linda J. Detwiler of Bureau and Raymond J. Gillam of Princeville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and friends.
