He is survived by: his children, Timothy Streitmatter (Lisha), Kevin Streitmatter (McKenzie), Jennifer Jockisch (Clay), Melissa Dalgardno (Jordan), Patricia Miller (Justin), Holly Lendy (Tarl) and Amanda Hornback (Jake); and his grandchildren, Hailey, Katie, Rayann, Vincent, Jason, Brenden, Alaina, Evelynn Ellery, Emelia, Finn, Nora, Emmarose, Artemis, Zayden, Luka and Ellenor.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Golnick Family Funeral & Cremation Services (101 S Galena Ave, Wyoming, IL 61491). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association – Illinois.
