He is survived by: his wife Marsha Lewis of Xenia; his sons, Travis Lewis of Xenia and Aaron Lewis (Lindsay) of Katy, Texas; his grandchildren, Trey Lewis (Christy) of Flora, Reygan Lewis (Matthew) of Flora, Trevin Lewis of Xenia and Bradley Lewis of Katy, Texas; his great grandchild Titus Lewis of Flora; his brother Tom Barbre (Sharon) of Flora; and his siblings-in-law, Brent Eskew (Mary) of Flora and Becky Kissel (Wayne) of Eureka, Missouri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Community of Christ Church in Effingham or the Xenia Volunteer Fire Department, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
