He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowell and Leona Wyman (Bonham); his wife Peggy Fatheree; his stepmother Pauline; and his sisters, Helen Higgason and Myrtle Beard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joyce O'Donnell (Pat) of Xenia, Peggy Borcherding (Randy) of Xenia and Jo Ella Wyman (Dwayne) of Salem; his brother Howard Wyman (Connie) of Xenia; and his grandchildren, Angela Edwards (Frank) of Xenia, Lee O'Donnell (Brooke) of Flora, Jason Borcherding (Erin) of Flora, Gina Heuerman (Cory) of Flora, Scott Fatheree of Xenia and Jeannie Fatheree of Alabama. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Frank & Bright Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Flora, IL 62839). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations are suggested to either Clay County Cancer Crusaders or the American Heart Association, and these will be accepted at the funeral home.
