Rick Forth Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rick Forth of Xenia, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 9, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rick departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Rick. Though Rick may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his father John William Forth; and his sister Mary Allison Forth. He is survived by: his mother Betty Jo Forth (Yocham); his wife Elizabeth Ann Forth (Knapp); his great grandchild Elizabeth; and his brothers, Mark Forth (Elizabeth), John David Forth (Leah) and Leslie Jay Forth. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brush Creek. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
