He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Harl" McKinnley Hickox and Fanny Hickox (Fouty); his wife Rose Mary Snearley; his siblings, Don Hickox, Eunice Hickox and Harold "Wayne" Hickox (Lucille); his brother-in-law Ronnie Evans; his son Donald Hickox; his son-in-law Tony Warren; his granddaughter Katie Stinson; and his great grandchild Harley Duniphan.
He is survived by: his children, Ilene Stinson (Carroll) of Casey, IL, Anita Wattleworth (Rick) of Casey, IL, Dale Hickox (Dixie) of Casey, IL, David Hickox (Jan) of Casey, IL, Darrel Hickox (Linda) of Yale, IL, Rowena Warren of New Braunfels, TX and Danny Hickox (Monica) of Casey, IL; his daughter-in-law Jeanette Hickox of Newton, IL; and his sisters, Fanny "Louise" Evans and Bonnie Daniel (Terry). He is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; sixty-four great grandchildren.
