He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fultz and Neoma Fultz (Cole); his sister Delores Johnson (Ron); his parents-in-law, Clark and Mary DeBolt; and his sister-in-law Carol Bend.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Fultz; his children, Christopher Fultz and Amy Addante (Jason); his grandchildren, Maximiliano Fultz, Harper and Hudson Addante; his siblings, Sharon Wood (Dennis), Linda Houghtby (David) and Rodney Fultz (Christine); and his sister-in-law Nancy Maccari (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.
