She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Wentzel and Marie Wentzel (Gustafson); her husband Paul Hagen; her brother Gilbert Wentzel; and her nephews, Chad and Jason Wentzel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Hagen-Deutsch (Paul) of Eagle, WI and Stephanie Lubbers (Scott) of Yorkville, IL; her grandchildren, Johnathan Lubbers (Erika) of Yorkville, IL, Madison Lubbers of Yorkville, IL and McKenna Lubbers of Yorkville, IL; her great grandchild Isabelle Lubbers; and her siblings, Karen Volk of Apple Valley, MN and Earl Wentzel (Denise) of Belle Plaine, MN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Mark's Lutheran Church (27 S Edgelawn Dr, Aurora, IL 60506).
