She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephan Bazan and Lillian Bazan (Voelkner); her children, Steven Sebby, Carol Bryant and Daniel Sebby; and her siblings, Leonard, Stephan, John, Marie and Lydia.
She is survived by: her children, David Sebby of Montana, Dale Sebby (Donna) of Yorkville, Dianne Edwards of Aurora and Kevin (Hayeun) of Yorkville; and her brothers, Donald and Robert Bazan. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
