It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Martha Klein of Yorkville, Illinois, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Klein and Wilma Klein (Kruckenberg); and her nephew Jason Acosta. She is survived by: her sisters, Kay Mulready (Marty) of Plato Center and Donna Klein of Springfield; her nieces, Melissa Mulready and Jennifer Acosta-Talbot (Skip); her nephew Francis Mulready; her great-nephews, Grayson, Nolan Mulready and Cooper Talbot; and her great-niece Brooke Talbot. She is also survived by numerous friends and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Friends of the Yorkville Public Library.
