He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Kandler and Rita Kandler (Daiminger); and his brother Richard Kandler. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Kandler of Yorkville, IL; his children, Amanda Zangrilli of Chicago, IL, Timothy Kandler (Rachel) of Hinckley, IL and Sarah Schinkoeth (Phillip "PJ") of Yorkville, IL; his grandchildren, Charlotte, Meadow Zangrilli, Evelyn, Matthew and Kayleigh Kandler; and his sister-in-law Betty Kandler. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
