She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude McCarty (Jeffers) and James McCarty; and her daughter Debbie Oudyn. She is survived by: her children, Michael Oudyn (Robin) of Yorkville, IL and Kimberly Underwood (Chris) of Leander, TX; her grandchildren, Elijah, Joanna, Ruth, Kaley, Daylon and Logan; her great grandchild Kayden; and her sisters, Donna, Peggy, Marsha and Lana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Spirit Hollow Golf Course (5592 Club House Dr, Burlington, IA 52625). A burial was held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at the Oakland Cemetery.
