He is survived by: his wife Lois Johnson of Yorkville, IL; his daughters, Debbie Carter (Terry) of Morris, IL, Keri Blanton (Shane) of Eustis, FL and Wendy Hetzel of Yorkville, IL; his grandchildren, Brittany, Brandon (Kelsey), Laina (Tyler), Alexis, Jessica, Zachary, Shaye and Signey; his great grandchildren, Addilyn, Jayse, Paisley, Barrett, Delainey and Joey; and his siblings, Sandra Mallory of St. Louis, MO. and Dale Johnson (Kathy) of Tinley Park, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
