She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Domineck, Jr. and Joan Marie Lasley (Hopgood); her aunts, Donna Vancil and Rita Ranek; her nephew Joey Williams; and her cousin John Ranek.
She is survived by: her sisters, Josie Flowers of Marion and Debbie Samples (Earl) of Zeigler; her friend Roger Smith of Christopher; and her nephew Mike Williams of West Frankfort. She is also survived by his children and grandchildren; several cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of extended family.
