We are sad to announce that, on November 12, 2023, at the age of 70, Vicki Lee Smith of Zeigler, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Franklin R. Bedwell; and her pet Bailey. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Bedwell (Wolfe) of Zeigler; her daughters, Lori Frank (Shane) of Valier and Lisa Smith of Cobden; her grandchildren, Taylor Frank of Bluford, Gracie Frank of McLeansboro, Brandon Frank of Valier and Stephanie Waggoner of Kansas City, MO; her great grandchild River Brown; her sisters, Donna and Barbara "Bobbie"; and her close friend Rollynda Morrow (Corky).

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Care Animal Rescue and Education in Murphysboro.
