He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Raymond Talley Sr. and Florence Broadway (Née Smith); his wife Ann Marie Talley (Corcoran); his son Matthew James Talley; and his siblings, Madelon Wengel, Earl Talley Jr., Kevin Vukadin and Karen Vukadin.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Talley Galvan, Mark Talley and Lisa Wright; his grandchildren, Ashley Taylor (Anthony), Jared Galvan, Isaiah Wright and Mariah Wright; his great grandchild Elena Rose; and his siblings, Kerry Vukadin, Kathleen Vukadin and Lawrence Vukadin (Anna). He is also survived by brothers and sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
