We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2022, at the age of 80, Robert Jeffries of Zion, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Jeffries and Katie Jeffries; and his siblings, Rovena Walker, Corean Long, Willie Marie Lawson, Cornell, Abraham, Mathew Jr. and Mary Jeffries.

He is survived by: his wife Bessie M. Jeffries; his children, Larry Jeffries of Waukesha, WI, Rubin Jeffries (Pamela) and Angela Munn (Angelo) of Zion, IL.; his siblings, Frank Jeffries of Kenosha, WI, Elnora Nesbitt (Robert) of Detroit, MI and Juanita Hampton (Henry) of Chicago, IL.; and his grandchildren, Dante, Demetrius Jeffries (Jalisa) of Waukegan, IL, Julian Jeffries of Wauwatosa, WI and Micah Jeffries of Locust Grove, GA. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
