She was predeceased by : her husband Theron Otterbacher; her parents, William Alshouse and Rachel Alshouse (Snelling); her brother Richard Alshouse; and her siblings-in-law, Neil Otterbacher and Marie Kinnick (Otterbacher).

She is survived by : her children, Audra Dutler (Stephen), Daniel Otterbacher (Roxanne) and Heidi Lindsey (Ryan); her grandchildren, Rachel Dutler, Ian Dutler, Makenna Lindsey, Ethan Lindsey, Jerred Otterbacher and Nicolette Otterbacher; and her siblings-in-law, Veronica Alshouse, Bridgette Otterbacher, Suzanne Otterbacher and Alan Otterbacher.

Memorial donations to Christ Communtiy Church Conservatory of Music or church missions have been suggested.
