She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Hackworth and Rachel Julia Hackworth (Hannah); her husband Kyle Prater; and her daughters, Linda Miller and Brenda Smith.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edna Carol, Genoia, Donna of Prestonsburg, Margie, William, Ross, Ishmael and Dewey; Glenda Wann (James) of Evansville, Chester Prater (Terri) of Bluffton, Jeffrey Prater of Rochester and Norman Prater (Kathy) of Akron. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 2 great -great grandchild.
Donations in Anna's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a local Hospice.
