He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick J. Wagoner and Willa Stretch Wagoner; his daughters, Kim Meyer (Donnie) of Rochester, Angie Black (Ryan) of Akron and Ashley Hayes (John) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Kayla Sheetz, Mark Meyer, Cody Black, Conner Black, Adison Hayes and Gracie Hayes; his great grandchild Kynleigh Sheetz; and his brother Wayne Wagoner.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Rochester Ioof Cemetery (620 W 3rd St, Rochester, IN 46975).
