He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon L. Groninger and Mary Louise Groninger (Clark); and his son Cody Lynn Groninger. He is survived by: his wife Karen Groninger; his daughter Cori Groninger of Warsaw; his stepson Kelly (Kim Boocher) of Columbia City; his grandchildren, Maizie, Kolby, Pete, Zoey, Noah and Zac; and his siblings, Greg (Annette Groninger) of Akron, Nancy (Willie Davies) of Ross and Tim Groninger of Fort Wayne.
