Donald Raymond Jones Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donald Raymond Jones of Akron, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 1, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Donald shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Donald farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Jones and Arvada Jones (Barnes); his wife Dora; and his brothers, Jim, Ken and Jack.
He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn (Jason Furnivall) of Warsaw; his grandson Leaf (Mandee Furnivall); and his brother Ron (Mary Jones) of Bremen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Akron Lions Club or the Akron United Methodist Church.
