She was predeceased by : her parents, Edgar Smith and Eva Smith (Adams); her husband Ted; and her siblings, JoAnn Prater, Gary, Donald, Ronnie and James Smith.
She is survived by : her daughters, Debbie (John Whitaker) of Akron and Serina Hoffer of Plymouth; her grandsons, Justin (Sherri Whitaker) and Austin (Raven Holloway); her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Paxton, Caden, Silas and Zamiah; and her siblings, Janice Howes of Salyersville, KY, Sharon Randall of Akron, Lynda (Ted Richard) of Rochester, Lisa (Frank Whitaker) of Akron, Russell (Rita Smith) of Akron, Michael (Julie Smith) of Akron and Keith (Sheila Smith) of Sidney.
Memorial contribution can be made in her memory to the Gospel Hill PCG.
