He was predeceased by : his daughter Sally Weaver. He is survived by : his wife Pamela Weaver of Portland; his son Phillip Weaver; his daughter-in-law Amy Weaver; his daughter Sara Keith; his son-in-law Paul Keith; his grandchildren, Alaina, Jordan, Alex, Jesse Weaver, Cameron, Connor and Kaitlyn Keith; his brothers, Tom and Johnny Weaver; and his brother-in-law Craig A. Haffner.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Community Center (815 Rural St, Akron, IN 46910).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Sally Weaver Scholarship Fund at Lynn Veterinary Hospital in Lynn, Indiana or Stockade Mill, C/O Ronnie McColley in Roann, Indiana.
