He was predeceased by: his parents, Ina Ruth Norman (Homan) and Glen Norman; his stepmother Blanche Myers Norman; and his daughter Michelle France. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Norman of Akron; his children, Rod Duzan of Warsaw, Lorrae Duzan of Macy, Traci Norman (Billy Clemons) of Rochester, Bradley Lee (Chaleah Norman) of Macy, Judel (Rocky Lyke) of Akron, Nisha Norman and Gabe Conley of Akron; his grandchildren, Kyle Duzan, Tyler Smith, Chase Smith, Luke Smith, Shelby Shoemaker, Travis Norman, Trevor Norman, Jessica Ball, Cadin Norman, Isaac Norman, Kasen Norman, Chiah Norman, Joshua Norman Price, Aleesya Shelpman, Jeff Reffett, Leslee Regino, Joey Reffett, Tommy France, Hollis France and Nevaeh Conley; his sister Mary Jo (Jimmie Frushour) of Sebring, Florida; and his stepsiblings, Steve (Peggy Myers), Randy (Peggy Myers) and Judy Friend. He is also survived by 25 Great Grandchildren; a Great Great Grandson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hartzler Funeral Home (305 W Rochester St, Akron, IN 46910). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
