He is survived by: his children, Edward Carroll (Patricia) of Daleville, Kenneth Carroll of Albany, Annette Carroll of Royerton, Dana McEldowney of Portland, Carole Barber (Kelly) of Camden, Gregory "Scott" Carroll of New Castle, Tamara Dunda of Albany and Brenda Carroll of Hartford City; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Carroll (Mandee), Danielle Carroll, Kim Justus (Brad), Brian, Damon Carroll, Justin, Lea Nichole Carroll, James Carroll, Kaitlyn Smith (Alec), Natasha, Andrea, Alicia, Nathan Barber, Cole, Sara Carroll, Stranton Mullins, Jordan Carroll, Kayla Chandler (Jason), Erika Dunda, Taylor Lykins (Mitchel) and Karina Halberstadt; and his sisters-in-law, Janet Carroll and Sheila Carroll. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
