He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Brianna DiBattiste; his parents, Francis Williams and Eva Williams; and his siblings, Jerry Williams, Edgar Williams, Pauline Elliott and Judy Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Williams (Eltzroth); his daughters, Julie Williams (Ricky Rodriguez), Terri Beatrice and Amy Steed; and his brother Richard Leroy "Shorty" Williams of Cleveland, OH. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
