She was predeceased by: her husband John Welch, Sr.; her parents, Chester Mills and Helen Mills (Stauffer); her siblings, Wallace Mills, Arvin Mills and Vivian Bilby; and her siblings-in-law, Rodney Bilby, Josephine Mills and Betsy Mills.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Snider and Sandy Barney; her brother Dale Mills; and her grandchildren, Craig Snider, Sarah Snider, Kimberly Wilkerson, Michael Gohmann, Megan McDaniel, Matt McDaniel and Marcus McDaniel. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meacham Funeral Service (648 W State St, Albany, IN 47320). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
