He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Andrew Anderson, Brandon Brenner and Misty Ann Beckett; his great grandchild Airelyn Anderson; his parents, Wayne Bell and Reta Bell (Smith); his son-in-law Chris Rawlings; and his nephew Zachary Lake.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Bell (Ruhl); his daughters, Reta Marlene Martin, Tracy Scott, Deanne Hauser and Christine Rawlings; his grandchildren, Holly (Chris), DeWayne, Kayla, Shelby, Jake (Kim), Marie, Kendale, Jennifer (Trevor), Amanda (Tim), Miles (Iris), Jessica and Katie; and his sister Shirley Lake. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, his church family, and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Albany Christian Church (110 Cedar St, Albany, IN 47320). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
