He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Blair and Ester Blair (Young); his wife Delphia Trammell; his son Donald Blair; his daughter-in-law Teena; and his brothers, Joe, Fred Roger, William and Tommy Blair.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy Blair (Sandy) and Michael Blair (Kim); his brother Johnny Ike Blair; his grandchildren, Shawn Blair (Sara), Amanda Blair, Angela Blair, Jessica Wilson, Sarah Wilson and Bradley Wilson; and his sibling Annabell Matthews. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
