He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry DuBois and Betty DuBois (DeLong); his brothers, Michael, Robert and Billy; his grandson Lane Burns; and his great grandchildren, Trent Macon and London Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Moore; his children, Sue DuBois, Holly Burns (Carey), Justin DuBois and Gavin DuBois; his grandchildren, Hailey, Tedra, Tate (Madison), Seth, Faith, Isabella, Ethan, Cole, Brynleigh and AnnMarie; his siblings, Larry DuBois, Kim Antrup (Jeff) and Mary Gray (Jim); and his parents-in-law, Carol Carwile, James and Sharon Moore. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
